Marco Kozlowski Offers Scam Prevention Advice

My name is Marco Kozlowski and I coach many investors on top methods to succeed in business and to invest in luxury real estate. One of the major areas of concern is for business owners to avoid scam when conducting and growing their business.

Last week, one my coaching clients told me about his use of Craigslist.com to lease an office. To make the story short, be became a victim of scam. He ended up paying a deposit to a 'landlord' who was in fact NOT a landlord, but a scam artist!

Everything looked so legitimate and the scammer even had keys to an office that did not belong to him! Come on people, you MUST check business and real estate records in order to be assured of dealing with an actual owner! More to come...
